• One entry will be selected (using a random generator) to receive a “new iPad” (3rd generation), 16GB WiFi model. The winner will have the choice of black or white.
• The iPad will be shipped as soon as possible, pending availability.
• Contest void where prohibited by law.
• Customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the winner.
• Items shipped to some countries may not be insurable. If the iPad cannot be shipped to your location safely with insurance, we will offer you a cash payment of the equivalent US dollar retail price instead.
